Mr. Polites said he wouldn’t be were he is today if it wasn’t for the support of his father John.

“In life, the biggest inspiration is my dad, everything he has achieved and the person he is,” said Aaron.

“I’ll be happy if I end up half the man he is”.

Aaron prepped for 18 weeks before his competitions, which included eating about seven meals a day every 2.5 hours, drinking five litres of water, 5am wake up calls for cardio, preparing meals.

“I train six days a week, but when I’m prepping I often train every day, just one light day.”
